A growing surface finishing provider is seeking for suitable candidate to fill in the following position: Sales and Marketing Support
Responsibilities :
*To handle all incoming calls and coordinate with related department
*Presales administration activity as making appointment, making quotation, etc
*To handle and monitor all sales administrations – domestic activities such as receive purchase order (PO) from customer, delivery notes, invoice processing etc.
Requirements:
*Female
*Age maximum 25 years old
*Hold minimum bachelor degree, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
*Good in English (min. passive)
*Computer literated (Ms. Word & Excel)
*Good communication skill
*Customer oriented and good service attitude
*Good follow-up skill
*Attention to detail process
*Independent
*Responsible, honest, positive attitude, good teamwork and pleasant personality
*Based in Jakarta Utara
